God miraculously held me safely in place during a car accident and kept me alive. . . I had no control as I slid but I could hear people yelling at me to “watch out” and “get out of the way.” I could do nothing to stop the car. The entire time this was happening, I could feel giant arms holding me into my seat and a voice telling me “Hold on. This will stop in a minute. You will be fine.” I was not afraid. There wasn’t time. The car came to a stop, still on its side. I remember thinking, “Now I’ll have to pay for two wreckers to set the car upright so it can be towed away.” After about fifteen seconds, there was suddenly something underneath that lifted the car up in the air and set it upright on its wheels. That part was just mind-blowing. I got out of the car immediately and five other drivers were all running toward me at once. None of them could believe I was alive. Each one was telling me how the car spun round and round missing other cars and Semi transport trucks. The milk truck driver came running back to where I was and said “Lady you should be dead now. I could not believe what happened to you when you hit my truck. You are lucky I am carrying milk and not gasoline.” No one could believe it, certainly not me. As I looked at my car I could see that the front window on the passenger side had blown out when I hit the concrete barrier. In a state of shock, I began to look for my purse and drivers license, realizing that it was not in the car. I looked back down the road and saw my things strewn all over the highway. I ran back to where I had hit the wall and saw another miracle waiting for me. There safely beside the barrier was my purse, sitting right side up, zipped up with all the contents inside, and just waiting for me. Even more bizarre, a small picture of Father Peter Mary Rookey, a Catholic Holy Spirit Healing priest was laying just inches from my purse. On the back of it was “The Miracle Prayer” he shares with all. I always keep small pictures of Jesus, Mary and Father Rookey right over the rearview mirror to remind me to pray and for the blessings of protection as I travel, like some wear a St. Christopher metal.
